The most common types of sat nav systems fitted to Peugeot, Citroen, Fiat, Lancia and Maserati are RT3, RT4, RT5 and RT6 made by Magneti Marelli.
Common faults on these systems are frozen screens stuck on the boot logo, wrong software update, updating RT3 with the wrong software CD, faulty CD drive, no visible satellites, no radio signal, and many other faults.

Radio in my Citroen C5 would not work and kept looking for an Upgrade CD. I brought it to a Citroen garage and paid for an Upgrade CD which did not fix it. I brought it to a Radio Electronics company who could not fix it. I sent the radio to Autotronics from Ireland on Monday and got it back 1 week later fixed and updated. Great service and Karim was very helpful to deal with. If only I had found out about Autoronics before I had wasted time and money trying to get it fixed elsewhere.

Cartronics just quoted me £800 to fix my stereo. I’m hoping I can get it done cheaper else where as soon as I pick it up and find out exactly what’s wrong with it.

have a rt3 in Ulysses 02/03. My mistake, stuck another cd in head unit not knowing the satnav disc was in there. took to my local back street mech, he pop’d the unit out took 2nd cd out and now the system try’s to read the disc while playing the radio, displaying the fiat logo then cuts out, as if it’s rebooting itself. I have Q’s that you might be able to answer cos fiat forum is just roundabout.
Have i broke the disc loader as it won’t eject.

I got a 2007 citroen c5 with the navidrive. A while back the screen went blank, and then no satnav, stereo, phone or anything elese. After driving quite a few miles it all came back. This happened a few times, but more recently it went blank and never ever came back.
My local garage says it will be a waste of time and money as a new screen will be very expensive.
I’m not pleased with this response, as what’s the point of having all these extra bits if you can’t use them? I’m not even 100% convinced its just the screen.
Any ideas? Please?

Hi. I have bought a used Magneti Marelli connect nav radio CD from a 2004/5 Ulysse 2.0tdi Eleganza to replace my faulty one. I have the VIN from the donor car. I haven’t yet tried to fit it, but I understand the unit is coded to the car (ECU). Is this something you can help with? If so, what would be the cost and where would i have to take the car?

I just bought Lancia Phedra 2004 , which i have replaced the main unit RT3-N3-02 (MagnetiMarelli) from another Lancia Phedra . I have connected also with the RT3 Monitor. The system is not working at all ,it is bleeping and the monitor is showing nothing.
My question is , what i need to make it work the new setup or to make an update of software? If there is one of this where can i find???

I just purchased my 2005 407 from a car dealer which comes with a Sat Nav… however when I inserted the sat nav disc in the slot (front panel and not the CD changer) the display keeps asking to insert a Navigation CD. I know the player is working fine as it still can play my audio CDs and when I check the Sat Nav CD in my laptop the files are not corrupted. The system can still search for visible satellites. Just does not recognise the CD. Any ideas about the problem resolution?

Problem is….several years ago my young son put some coins into the CD slot.
The local peugot garage took them out
Ever since though we have a problem: the volume independently increases to MAX and we can’t turn it down.
Is this something you feel you could fix?
Or at worse replace the unit.

je viens de remplacer la partie méchanique du lecteur CDM6 4.7/31 de mon RT3, (la tete de lecture était morte) malheureusement maintenant j’entend comme un bruit de rafale dans le lecteur , ( engrenage chariot tete de lecture ?). le lecteur était neuf.
j’ai peur de me risquer à nouveau de changer le lecteur cd.

To use the sat nav, do you use a cd or the maps are stored in the hard drive?

I have a C8 where the screen just does the boot process. With the loading, ready words in the bottom right hand side of screen. Also the citroen logo is permanently on

I have a peugeot 307 with satnav , cd, radio. I have already once had to have the system replaced due to this problem. When i start the car the screen comes on and the radio starts but then it instantly cuts out.
I’ve been to the peugeot garage but they said I would need a whole new system costing £2000

Exactly the same problem. Radio comes on but not on a station, then screen starts up so I can change to a station but after two minuets it turns off for about 15seconds then does the same thing. Took it the dealer and they say they can’t find the fault and said I should buy a whole new unit for mega £

My RT3 unit shows no visible satelites. It could suddenly work for a limitet time, but goes back to “bad” signal an no visible satelites. I have replaced the antenna unit with no success.

Is your sat nav unit the model with jukebox and hard drive or the model that uses maps on a disc?
My son inserted a CD into an RT3, unaware there was one in already. Now neither CD will eject, and the CD player just keeps playing the first CD.
Is there a simple way to eject both CDs or will this require a disassembly to remove the 2 CDs?

Guys, I Have Citroen C4 grand picasso with RT5. First, i have met such problems as continuous restarting, freezing black screen or occasionally it asked me for update cd but it worked after All. About a Year ago The unit displayed only a citroen logo and Then it went black, All The Time. I heard a noise that is characteristic for the broken HDD disc. I followed the instructions from the forum and replaced HDD. IT WORKS 100%

i bought Citroen C5 2007 but the PC screen only shows the Citroen logo and it reboots after 5-10 minutes. The strange thing is, that on service.citroen.com based on VIN code it says it should be RT4 inside, but today i put it out the car and it says RT3 directly on the device. Now i am not sure whether someone put wrong type of device in, or it is an original but faulty device.

Hi, I have a magneti mareli RT3ev-N3-Q1 radio/sat nav/phone system. The unit locked up and is not responding, on the display screen it’s showing the Peugeot symbol and saying “please insert update disc”. In the bottom left hand corner it appears to say version 2.13? I own a Citroen C5 purchased 2009 which incorporates a Navidrive system. Last week a window flashed up saying ‘Upgrade CD needed’. I have today taken it into our local Citroen dealer, Wilmoths of Hastings, whose engineer inserted a new update CD which it has not be able to eject. They informed me that the system would have to be replaced but on reading your website I see that you have encountered this problem previously and would like your advice as to the best economical way forward (apart from throwing the car away!!!). Changing the battery of the car does not affect the functionality of the RT4 unit.
It sounds like your RT4 has developed a fault ( not due yo changing the battery ) and will need to be repaired.

Yes it’s possible to connect a rear camera, but this is not cheap.
The USB function must be enabled using Diagbox or Mirascript to be able to use the USB port.

You can’t do it like this, you need a special interface to have rear view camera in your RT4

I have an RT3 SAT NAV RADIO AS ABOVE, it has a frozen screen with PEUGEOT LOGO. The radio will come on However, it only lasts for about 2 minutes when an amber light appears over the SOS Red button.
How can I cure this?
Hello owner of a citroen grand Picasso Exc. 08 With a Navidrive rt4/5 which has stopped working altogether just has an orange light over the sos. tried pressing the dark button for 10 seconds and this just makes the light flash once then light stays solid again. have no radio sat nav rear park sensors and has converted the car to Kph instead of mph. Citroen will charge thousands to replace but surly its fixable first they don’t do it. I have emailed Magnetti Marelli the manufacturer and now I have found this link.
Can you fix my navidrive or help in any way.

Hi Kirsty, ive had a similar problem with my radio, i managed to get a station working but used to cut out, After a lot of persuasion I managed to get a copy of the Configuration cd from the retailer, at first they didn’t want to give it to me , but i kept pushing.
Press the band button on the Radio, you should get some noise on the radio, then press the search buttons to tune it in.
Once you get a configuration cd, the radio will stay on permanently, to turn it off, remove the configuration cd, and press the dark button until the Orange light above the SOS button comes on.this is the only way i can control my radio at present.
the fault is with the Radio and not the screen, as I have tried a new screen with no effect.

Hi, I’ve a ’57 407 SW Sport with the Sat Nav with juke box cd system, (has clarion multi-changer in boot), which has a couple if issues. 1st one is the LCD had a damaged patch which is slowly spreading. I had an issue with the air con which was repaired & i think the back of the screen may have got scratched. So I’m guessing a new screen is required. 2nd issue is the unit likes to reset/reboot. When it does it can do it multiple times. It csn go days/weeks without doing it, then a flurry of reboots seam to happen. I though it could be overheating but during a recent hot spell it didn’t do it once! Is this common? Also the Sat Nav maps are hideously outta date, is there an update available? Whats would all this likley cost to fix?

I HAVE A 2007 PEUGEOT 407, CHASIS NUMBER , VF36DRHRH21606359 WITH BUILT IN SATNAV / CD PLAYER, THE STICKER ON CD PLAYER SAYS RT3 BUT THERE IS A HARD DRIVE IN SIDE THE SYSTEM SO NOT SURE IF IT IS RT4 OR RT3, THE SCREEN IS STUCK ON PEUGEOT LOGO AND MESSAGE SAYING PLEASE INSERT AN UPGRADE CD AND A NUMBER 2.13 IN BOTTOM LEFT CORNER. I CAN NOT ACCESS ANY MENU OR PLAY ANY CD AND ALSO NO RADIO. THE SCREEN ITSELF GOES OFF AND ON AGAIN AFTER ABOUT 7 MINUTES. TRIED RESETTING BUT NO GAIN. WHEN I INSERT DISC IT STAYS IN FOR SECONDS AND THEN BACK OUT AGAIN? ALSO THE CONNECTIONS AT THE BACK OF MY CD PLAYER ARE DIFFERENCE THANKS OTHER RT3 / RT4 SYSTEM. IS IT SOFTWARE IS SUE OR DO I NEED A NEW DISC DRIVE ? HOW MUCH FOR A REPAIR I AM BASED IN UK? IS THERE ANY WAY TO ACCESS MENU?

System display the Citroen logo screen with “Please insert upgrade cd” message, then show next sentences with “Inithard” message in the end, and then restart itself. Last week I bought a 2008 C5 (last model 2008-present. The day I bought it my radio crashed, there was smoke, big display stopped working it was all very ugly so I went to closest citroen dealer and find out that my car should have installed the rt4 radio, but when I pulled the crashed one in my car I found the rt3. So my question is can i have the rt5, rt6 or rt3 in my car if there would be an rt4? I really need one new but I havent any luck to find any site where I’d buy it. Please Can you help me with that?

Part name “Silver box NIT” (info center – nearly similar to the citroen piece photo in your website) that is a front control unit containing all (CD/Navigation/Radio) – (photos and problem incidents shall be attached if email is provided).
It is of brand Magneti Marelli Part# 226831 (M145) , and it is as per Maserati manuals of code# 304410.

I purchased older C8 with RT3. Everything works well, but RT3 does not remember the time, date and color seting etc. I must set it everytime I start the engine (in fact I do it only when I find it necessary). I checked the backup battery in the Navidrive menu. It is completelly empty.
Could that be a problem. What kind of battery is used and where is connected please? What else could be the issue if this is not a matter of backup battery?

I have note to my last question. I do not know what exactly solved the problem but suddenly it works fine. In fact I checked the relevant fuses (just by pulling them out and putting in) they were ok. Then I checked cables close the car battery (just by touching, no removal). Finally I started to use phone function and navigation. After all this it still hadn’t worked but two days latter it suddenly remembered the time, date, collor setting and also other things probably. It seems that it has nothing with backup battery because the backup battery still appears as empty. My understanding is that there is some bad connection on “secondar” power supply and some mechanical moves have restored connection. Whon knows but now I have no issue on it.

Sometimes the display is getting black, but then its the same again “insert upgrade CD”. I’m very sad because I can’t use nothing on the radio. I’m here on Mallorca/Spain and nobody can help me here. I have a C8 (2006) after changing a cd disk the screen shows only its Citroen Logo switching to a black screen with each time the words “Reading … Loading on the screen right below. Than the Citroen Logo appears again and the cyclus repeats. I cann’t eject the cd via the button, No Radio, no navigation only the cyclus mentionned appears again. Also the red light SOS is burning. A while ago also the Clarion CD Switcher doesn’t work anymore but the screen worked at that time but now nothing works at all. but with “making emergency call in progress” screen showing OVER main screen. Sometimes works perfect, sometimes not. Just got my unit back today . Bit nervous at first about sending to Spain as i live in the UK. It only cost me £20 to send and my unit arrived in no time . Everything installed fine and when I installed the risk area cd last it installed and then it just said cd incomplete or damaged and I cannot use the sat nav as I cannot enter any destinations or countries. I tried to insert the installation disk, in order to restore, but the device not only did not initiate the reconfiguration, but the disk cannot be ejected.

I just bought a used 2004 Lancia Phedra. I tried to change the brightness and the language but get a message that I need a configuration CD. Any advice? Thank you.
Today i fixed “please insert upgrade CD” on my Peugeot 407 RT4 radio following this steps:
– download RT4/RT5 software 8.31
– burn CD at low speed (8/16x)
– pull out radio (don’t disconnect)
– start engine
– on bottom side of radio you find two small white buttons – press and hold the inner one
– holding white button – press and hold DARK button for around 5-7 sec until radio restarts
– keep holding small white button by next 20 sec and release.
– radio is going to restart
– (ommit this step if you inserted upgrade CD before and it’s stuck inside radio) insert upgrade CD
and that’s it… wait around 40 min until upgrade finish

1) I saw the comments about downloading RT4/RT5 software 8.31 onto a cd. do you think this will work?
2) if so, it says wait about 40 minutes for upgrade. does the car need to be on the whole 40 minutes?

I have a RT3 with harddisk. The disk is buggy, therefore I bought a new one, and copied in Linux with dd, the entire disk. All 4 partitions including the boot sector were copied properly, and readable in Linux/Windows. However it won’t boot in the RT3. Any suggestions?

Took my wife’s 308 hdi in to peugeot main dealer for a simple upgrade on the satnav. Got billed left right and centre for diagnostic tests that showed up the actual system was knackered. Wanted £550 to fix it or £2100 for a new one…found Karim… £200+ saved.

I have a 2010 407 saloon sport diesel and the sat nav radio dvd have stopped working. The multi display screen is blank but the buttons on the unit below the screen light up. The fuse is OK. I’ve checked for loose cables by sliding out the DVD unit but could not find anything. System was just blank one day when I started the car. It came on for a few moments then died. Nothing since. The parking sensors sound when parking.

Hi I Have the Harman Becker unit from 2010 407 sr connect nav. its black faced unit with bluetooth written across front. model no. BE 6424. Fault is Switches on time at 0:00 tune works ok but after 60 seconds switches itself off and straight back on.. and all memory is lost/ reset to 0:00 again… every60 seconds of and straight on again

Hello, a problem with my RT4 (Peugeot 308), it started freezing (and continously rebooting). I have discovered it completey freezes (everything freezes, Navi, Music, even parking sensors stop working) when Jukebox is selected, if it starts with Radio on it works (kinda) and Navigation also.
I have checked (unplugged-plugged) all connectors, I dissconected AC for an hour, no luck…
Pls help, any ideas?
Hi I bought a RT3 for my C8 as it had a normal radio in it, but when I installed it it beeps every second. took it to the dealer but they couldn’t connect to it so they cannot VIN code it
After several attemps I found the RT3ev I needed for my car, a C5.
For a very reabonable price I bought a Peogeot x3-n3 and it was pre-installed perfectly. Just connecting it into to the car and everything worked.

Autotronics (Karim) identified what was wrong with my RNEG system in my Peugeot 407 and was able to supply me with an RT5 unit which he configured and I was able to plug it in and it worked fine. Also price was very reasonable and much cheaper than local Peugeot Dealer. Highly recommend them. john Holland

I would just like to inform anyone who has been disappointed in the past with unreliable advise and service.(Read this.)I was apprehensive at first to contact and purchase a refurbished part for my pug 307cc from an overseas repair specialist but after emailing Autotronics regarding a troublesome RT4 screen and corresponding with Karim I purchased a refurbished sat nav screen,which was exactly as described,and well packaged.on fitting the screen there was still a couple of glitches with the RT4 but with the patience and electronic expertise of Karim I was able to get my whole sat nav problem sorted at a fraction of what it would have cost in the UK,Thanks a million guys,I wish you all the best for your future buisiness.

I have a problem with my RT5 in my LANCIA Phedra. The Headunit does not start with the Car’s key. It works only by touching the SOS-Button once. AND, the clock stopps counting when you shut off the car. It continues counting by starting the car newly. What can i do. Is there a Service desk in germany?

I have 2007 Citroen C5 car. It has magneti marelli rt3 x3-n3 audio/nav system.
System didn’t work properly, only showed citroen logo, it didn’t boot the system.
After that, I replaced the HDD using Acronis image tool two months ago. It worked properly about 2 months, but it’s not working now. “Please insert upgrate CD” on the screen. I changed the disk again but, didn’ t work.
Also, I’m computer specialist.

Hi. I have Peugeot 308, 2012. Button was in poor condition, and I have removed the device to handle button. I removed the front panel, and then it all came into place, but the unit will no longer work, can not be turned on. Diagnostic tool can’t conect with audio sistem, can’t see it. All pieces removed i turned back without any damages, all conectors and pins are Ok.

Hi I have a peugeot 407 and the sat nav on it doesn’t start when i start the car and it starts up after about 15 min of driving. once starts no issues every feature works but when i turn the car off and then start it again after 10 minutes comes to a blank screen. any help would be appriciated. I can only think that may the battery is degrading and that it drops below a certain voltage and the satnav stays shut unless recharges over a certain limit? is that even a feature it has? i am pretty sure mine is an RT4 from what i read online and its running a version 7 software

After doing a software update on my RT4 unit in my Peugeot my whole unit died. My unit is the Magnet Marelli one with with the Hard-drive in it and trying to find one on eBay is like trying to find hen’s teeth! I had almost given up when I came across this website and contacted Karim who said he could repair it for me. Once the unit arrived with him he had it repaired, the latest maps installed and returned to me within a few days. The unit works fine now and hopefully will last for the lifetime of the car. Karim is very responsive to emails and was very easy to deal with so I wholeheartedly recommend him for any repairs if your unit is broken.
Unfortunately my unit is the one which has to have a SIM card installed in order to make phone calls. I really would love if the unit could support Bluetooth to make and receive calls as well as streaming music through the speakers. If anyone knows of of any kits you can buy that would allow me to incorporate bluetooth into my unit I’d love to hear from them.

My RT6 unit stopped re-booting, couldn’t get it to re set so took the plunge and bought a new unit from Karim, federated to me in GB.
Fully configured to new spec with new maps and software.
Sadly the sound did not work due to miss configured with the sub woofer and amp in the boot (Citroen factory fit).
Karim gave me link to config software and instructions to set up the unit.
Can’t speak highly enough of the man all sorted for a fraction of the hassle it would have been to take it to a Citroen agent

Hi,
a specific cable in my rt5 unit was broken (the flexcable between motherboard, HDD and CD was damaged).
The result was, that the unit was in a boot loop, just showing the bootscreen and rebooting again.
However Karim had one cable available and sent me this. Now everything works perfectly again.

I have a problem with my rt3 display in a 407 sw. The display drains the battery when the car is off. The display has a red led light inside seen from the small ventilation holes in the back and the display is warm. The light in the display is off but it seems like the peugeot logo is showing (possible to see with a powerful flashlight). I have tried with a soft reset, but it didn’t work. I have no other problems with the display.

Hi again, back then I put a switch on the cord and then I have to remember to turn it off if parked for some time. I was thinking if i could take a + cord from the cigarette lighter instead. I guess it is turned off if the ignition is not on and then this could control the display being on or off. And the voltage seems to be the same.

I have heard that on video in 2 it switches automaticaly when reverse gear is selected. Is there a way to activate video in 2? Thanks

I have Citroen C5 (2007) Magneti Marelli RT3 X3-N3 unit, that I was told has a faulty man board (boot loop, only “citroen” logo visible). I can’t find any replacement would you be able to fix it? If not, mabye you have some replacement parts?
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU !!! The unit is working perfectly. I couldn’t find anyone in the UK to repair the unit. Peugeout UK wanted £1100 + fitting + vat for a new unit !!! And they are like gold dust on ebay !!! (A second hand one in Poland for 600 euros). I will admit that i was weary about sending the unit abroad to be fixed due to scams etc. I needn’t have been worried. Your service has been quick, you have kept me well informed throughout and the cost was super cheap !
This problem with the RT6 RNEG 2 GPS system doing a looping reboot.
Is there a fix, as my son’s Citroen C4 just last night started to whir the cooling fan and initially start but flashes up the Citroen boot image then off, to do this as long as the unit or car is on.

RT6 in my Peugeot 508 stopped working (looping reboot). Peugeot wanted around £1000 for an new unit fitted. My original unit has been repaired at a fraction of the cost and works perfectly (they even updated the maps and firmware for me). It took about a week to fix including shipment back to my address in the UK. Great service throughout and a great price, I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
On Peugeot 308 of my client, RT6 has a problem – on the screen only PEUGEOT logo, radio is working, on the cluster there is altitude data and compass. Can you advise me what can we do to eliminate the problem?

Hi Karim, thanks for your exelent job fixing my 508 RT6. My RT6 didn’t started up anymore, only the logo apeared for a second. Repair at the official garage of my unit will cost me a € 650,-, you did it for much less, including nav update. Removiing the unit out the car is easy, I would realy recommend your service to everbody .
My Peugeot 508 RT6 SatNav stooped working suddenly with black screen and whirring sound like a CD loading.
Peugeot main dealer quoted £1,016 to replace and fit.
I found Karim on an internet search and after I explained the problem, sent it to him.
He not only fixed it but updated the European SatNav – With postage time it only took a little over a week.
And the charge, with postage, was only 220 euros!

Hello, I have a Peugeot 407 with RT3 sat Nav. for the past 6 months or so the unit has been off at the start and then it comes on after about 15 min of driving on its own and starts to work perfectly. It seems to work better when the weather is hot (weird but might just be a coincidence but i noticed that in summer it works better in winter it barely comes on). when i press and hold the dark button sometimes that forces it to start and sometimes i have to do that a few times. Hello, my client has a problem: on the RT6 display, RNEG2 shows only the PEUGEOT logo, the radio is working, it reads the discs, there is activity when the USB flash drive is connected to the USB, the height and compass data are displayed on the additional screen. The problem arose after the ignition was turned off during the language change procedure.

I searched everywhere without success, trying to find someone who could fix my GPS problem (result of loading RT4/5 on an RT3 Citroen system) after even a computer technician had given up and all car radio specialists refused. Autotronics EU was the only company capable of doing the job. Fast, efficient and completely successful. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have a RT6 2.8 (98 083 776 XT) with a separate GPS screen on a Peugeot Partner (year 2014) (native equipement).
The screw button (or select button) doesnt work. I change the face (facade) with a new one, but the problem is not solved.
All others buttons are work normally. Without screw button you can do any selection.
Any idea to solve this pb ?

Problem I’ve had for months now is the ide hard drive not working in my rt3/4, only works when weather is hot, I bought another 30g hard drive & tried to download everything from original hard drive to new 1, but 1 file would not down load, i also did a soft ware update & have now lost my rear parking sensors, source button & climate control, even bigger problem is now my hard drive won’t boot up at all, please help, it’s so annoying.

After being told that the RT6 unit needed replacing by the local Peugeot garage after developing a major fault and having found no-one locally who could repair it, I then came across Autotronics.
Karim, who clearly specialises in this type of unit, was confident that it could be repaired or failing this, switched over for a refurbished unit.
Having overcome my initial reluctance to send the unit overseas, Karim not only repaired the original problem and updated the unit, but repaired the faulty CD drive as well at a very reasonable price. He then provided further help on fitting the unit.
If you have found this website and have a faulty RT unit, then congratulations and my advice would be to not hesitate further!

My car is a Peugeot 508 SW 2012 model, its fitted with normal speaker system.
I can send you chassis number and also the photos from the system.
It makes constant running sound and screen blinks with logo but does nothing.

I have a MAGNETI MARELLI – RNEG2009. The device suddenly stopped working, the SCREEN WAS BLACK AND MAKES A NOISE LIKE CD EJECTING OR TRYING TO RESTART.
My radio and sat Nav stoped working in my Citroen C5 main dealer price was off the scale Karim at Autotronics fixed the issue and upgraded the software excellent service highly recommended

To se mi objevilo na obrazovce moji RT4 rádia s navigaci která teď úplně vypnula. Ani hudba nehraje. V servisu mi řekli že to neni instalačním cd. Můžete mi prosím poradit co mám dělat? Nemohlo by to být třeba vadným HDD v zařízení. Děkuji.

I switched from an RT3 to an RT5 using a plug & play harness (https://www.phibu-electronics.com/interface-evolution-rt3-vers-rt4-5-rt6-ou-rneg-c2x15957369) and now when I plug my rear view camera in the RCA slot, I get very bad signal and it acts like an old tv when it didn’t have an antenna (A lot of noise, black and white, the imagine going from left to right). Is there a hardware related to the video in the RT4/5 that breaks ? Any other idea of where the problem might come from ?

wanted to say thanks to Karim and the team at Autotronics for the brilliant service in repairing my Peugeot 508 CD/Satnav head unit. I sent the box from the UK and the unit was returned fully repaired within two weeks. I would highly recommend if you have an issue with a Peugeot/Citreon head unit contact them. Bom dia, eu tenho uma peugeot 407SW de 2007 com um radio/GPS versão RT3(4) que funciona bem após arranque, mas demora cerca de quinze minutos com o logo peugeot até ficar operacional.
Gostaria de saber se fazem a reparação e qual o valor da mesma.

Good morning, I have a 2007 peugeot 407SW with a radio/GPS version RT3(4) that works fine after booting, but it takes about fifteen minutes with the peugeot logo to get operational.
I would like to know if they do the repair and what is the value of it.

I have a Citroen C5 tourer, 30.12.2008 and my Navy sistem doesn’t work anymore, it schows me a black screen with the red Citroens logo and the message ,,please insert upgrade CD “. and at the bottom of the screen ,, 4.52: pro.ject: SECT39#1”.
I never had until now any Problem and I didn’t use any CD to play music.
Could you help me with a diagnosis and eventually with a Firmware CD?

I sent the satnav media unit for my Peugeot RCZ to Autotronics for repair and just got it back and it’s now working perfectly. Being based in Australia, I had difficulty finding someone to fix it but Autotronics were a great help. Highly recommended!
What was the turn over time for your unit ,which freight company did you use.

Superb service. Karim fixed my Magnet Marelli player within two days and it didn’t cost a fortune either. Peugeot wanted to charge almost €2000 to replace it. If you have one of these faulty units Karim is the guy to fix it. Thanks mate. Very happy.

Own a Peugeot 308 2012 model with sat nav and experience problems with radio, nav screen, parking sensors.
Keep hearing a sound every 30 seconds or so, like it is trying to reboot.
Understand it is the RT6 unit that needs to be repaired.

I have a Peugeot 308 63 plate!
The radio does not work and the mileage has changed to km/h. Also every 15 seconds the Peugeot badge appears on the screen!

I have a similar fault with my radio to some of these comments above. I have a 2013 Peugeot 308.
The radio doesn’t work, there is no display on the screen, the mileage has changed to Kms, the reversing sensors no longer work and when plugged in, there is a wurring sound every 10-15 seconds.

The hard drive on my rt4 died and i need to replace the drive. What cd or iso file do i need to use to install everything from scratch?
