How to send us your unit

Only post the unit once we have confirmed the diagnosis and quote by email.

  1. 01

    Remove the unit

    Follow the removal steps for your model — ask us if you are unsure. Disconnect the battery first.

  2. 02

    Pack it well

    Wrap the unit in anti-static or bubble film with 5 cm of padding on every side inside a rigid box.

  3. 03

    Label it clearly

    Outside the EU, mark it "used electronic unit — for repair and return, value for customs only" and enclose our quote.

  4. 04

    Use a tracked service

    Send by a courier with tracking and keep the reference. Include your name and the fault inside the box.

  • A printout or copy of our emailed quote

  • Only the parts we asked for (usually the head unit only)
